By the low traffic in the list I am assuming that Event.pm is in a solid
state.
I have not seen win32 related messages for a while now. The last one is
from Aug 2002.
I also remember problems with the win32 port (native, not cygwin).
Problems related to select() and WaitforMultipleObject().
