I'm trying to come up with the best approach for creating aesthetically
pleasing windows that:
- Have labels whose bitmap has transparency (.png files loaded by
DIBitmap)
- Don't exhibit any flicker
- Are layered windows (this seems to improve quality during
animation/transparency)

I'd like to create/skin my windows with custom shapes and/or images
(e.g. a PNG with transparency). I see that the SetWindowRgn() function
is available in Win32::GUI 1.06, but this is not the best approach
