Today I installed ActivePerl v5.8.8 build 819 on Windows XP.
I cann't start ppm as GUI or DOS.
Error msg seems to point the bad status of my Windows XP SP1,
but everything is OK for me except for ppm.
Any task should be made before using ppm.
I set "http_proxy" env.
Any else?
