I have to say, that I like the idea of an auto-responder for the following
reasons.
1) People will always post a question to the list with out researching.
2) There is nothing anybody can do about #1.
3) A FAQ with every answer in the world does no good if people do not check
it before

We are running Perl on IIS on a Win2K server. Every once in a while all of
the services lock up in IIS, all websites and all ftp servers. Some times
we can start the services back up, and some times we get the msg that the
