I think we all know that it is generally easier to code for Windows with
MS tools.
Its almost as though they were illegally leveraging a monopoly ...
They have gone to great lengths to erect barriers on the
Install Perl and required modules on a web server and
deliver your apps via an intranet. No client installs, thin client
delivery, low maintenance (code only on the server).
