Yeah, I hate them! :) Especially if the tag is long and would look like this: Subject: re: [Perl-Win32-Users] the real subject This is just clutter and wasted space. The information is already available in the List-Id header. Why repeat it in the subject line? People don't put their names in the subject line either. They put it in the From line.
