[perl #57474] [pdb] parrot debugger segfault

Segfault moved. It's no longer occurring when run from inside languages/tcl, but now at the top of the build dir, I get the following backtrace when running ./parrot_debugger languages/tcl/tcl.pbc and hitting nenter at the pdb prompt. Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
