I have no problem resolving feather.perl6.nl right now.

By eliminating use of the svn revision number anywhere past Configure.pl
(r26888), we eliminate the need for t/postconfigure/03 and 04. Hence,
the tests will no longer cause any hangs on Feather!
Added dependency on 52154 because when that is resolved the problem on
feather will clear up. It already has cleared up if you checkout the
'norevision' branch and configure it.
