I did check in some patches WRT list/arrays.
list.c/list.h:
- fixed list_mark
- get_item/... return now PMC**
- added list_set_length + list truncation
intlist.c:
- uses List
- missing: parts of file header, clone
classes/{perl,}array.pmc
- use List
+ MANIFEST, parrot.h, makefile

I did add these missing entries, when I checked in my list integration
patch, which touched the MANIFEST anyway.
