I got seriously sidetracked the last two days, and did not get to my hacks of license Ben wrote. However, I think that it probably needs a full rewrite. I am going to try to write a clearer text license that tries to do what Bens seems to want, and post it tommorrow. I like the idea that Ben proposed, that we have another RFC that says something like "Use the X11, and try to trademark Perl". Id like to see that as an RFC. Anyway, more later when I have more time to digest the recent threads.
