No that's an incomplete version lacking the modules which makes rakudo into
rakudo star. Most importantly panda (the module installer) is missing.
Neither does it even have full docs since perl6intro.pdf is missing.

Really that single RPM should be renamed rakudo not rakudo star or at least
marked as experimental somehow.

Rakudo Star itself would probably fit better into binary packaging as a
meta package made up from other packages (including panda etc.).

That RPM might be OK for a few short scripts but if you are seriously
interested in Perl 6 I would recommend building Rakudo Star from source.

Because the Rakudo 2016.10 which was released didn't install correctly on
Windows.

I'm hoping to release a test version of 2016.11 (which should work) this
weekend.
