Salaam, 1. I think using Arabic OCR can not help you becasue they use AI to find correct words on sentences in addtion to the words shape. Any way In most of case you can try them for free before buy them. 2. I thing I read a news that a Persian OCR is avaliable now by an iranian company. I suggest you try it too.
