DHCP server will check to make sure an address is not in use use before
allocating an address but best practice is still to set dhcp to give out
say 90 addresses  (are you really likely to need more?) And then set
statics starting at 101.
I would also use something like Google sheets as an ipam to record what you
put where so if you disconnect something for a couple of years you don't
have to play hunt the arp to find it (or discover it's been reused)
