I would check the format of the library with 'dumpbin' tool, available from
Visual Studio command propmpt.
?
Hope this helps to identify the problem.

I doubt 'cl' can interpret Cygwin paths:
cl : Command line warning D9002 : ignoring unknown option
'/cygdrive/c/Program Files/MPICH2/lib/amd64/msmpi.lib'
Shouldn't win32fe convert this path first?
Hope this helps.

Hello Farshid,
what about
Hi all,
Would somebody please suggest a *free* direct solver for a linux x64 SMP
machine? Would be much better, if open source.
Anybody has had success in compiling TAUCS with cilk support on linux x64?
Best regards,

Hi all,
Sorry for another off-topic question!
Can somebody please let me know what is the incompressible NS equation in 1D?
And, has there been any attempt to solve this non-linear equation (in 1D, 2D or
3D) using Newton-Raphson linearization?
Thanks,
Farshid Mossaiby
.

Thanks for your reply.
Of course this is a way, but I just need some of the values (probably few
non-locals) on each process. I do not want to reproduce the same vector on all
machines. Am I wrong?

Hi,
I think you should add --download-mpich-pm=mpd and maybe also
--download-mpich-device=from mpich2 docs. Try running ./config/configure.py
--help for more description.
Hope this helps,

I am not sure what '-i' in bash parameters mean, but it may help you. Anyway, I
still recommend you running the batch file itself.

Hi
Hi,
I am not sure how to do this, but why you need it? The resulting .lib files can
later be used in your own programs without any problems.

Ben,
Have you used headers and libraries from Compute
Cluster SDK for your configure? I doubt you can run
programs compiled with MPICH, for example, on WCCS.
I am going to try this in the next step of my work, so
please share your findings.

Dear users / developers,
Is there any sample code about Prometheus? And is it
just a preconditioner, or it can be used as a solver?
Or I am totally wrong?
