Converting from IPF to PF

I'm using ipf on openbsd 2.9 atm and want to switch. The only thing holding me back is ipf's count rules for doing bandwidth accounting. I need something fairly close to a drop in replacement for rules like: count out from 192.168.1.3/32 to any count in from any to 192.168.1.3/32 Any
