Off-Topic: Donald Trump says he would implement nationwide stop and frisk
policy, forgets controversial tactic was ruled unconstitutional in 2013

The NYPD reformed their use of the controversial practice
after Manhattan Federal Court Judge Shira Scheindlin ruled in
2013 that the city's stop controversial program was
unconstitutional. "This is a form of racial profiling," she
wrote and ordered a monitor to oversee reforms. In fact, stop
and frisk was disproportionately used against
African-Americans and Latinos. According to the New York Civil
Liberties Union, 83% of the people stopped under the practice
in 2015 were black or Latino. Since 2002, when the NYCLU
started keeping records, that number never fell below 80%.

The correct term is "Internet" NOT "internet" -- please don't
fall into the trap of using the latter. It's just plain wrong!
