I've uploaded pgAdmin 1.4.1 in source, win32 and Slackware formats to
the normal place on developer.pgadmin.org. Please take a peek and let me
know if anything didn't build correctly.
I'll upload an osx build this evening if all goes well.

Hm, Guillaume started a thread on pgsql-hackers about renaming system
schemas in general, maybe we should wait for the result of that discussion.
