I have some encoding problems.
It is posted to pg-hackers as a problem.
1.) Expression of output of log of server

This is not in the output for the translation by GetText and is ..Native..
message.
(Japanese windows--Shift_jis message)
2.) The message makes a mistake when the log is brought with admin-pack.

I do not think that this phenomenon is a problem of pgAdmin.
It is likely to be reported on the situation one by one.
