is basically standard wx, with the required Win32 settings
pre-configured, and appropriate VC++ pro
I have created a new wx windows snapshot for use with pgAdmin3. This
latest version adds Hiroshi's recent fix for notebook redraw problems on
Windows XP and 2003.
There are no changes for *nix users.
