[pgadmin-hackers] Version numbering
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 Hi, I've found out that all my previous rpms were broken in some ways. RC1 is fully broken btw... I'm building the new RPMs now, will upload in an hour. Anyway... Can we change version numbering style please... like... pgadmin3-1.2.0-rc1.tar.gz to pgadmin3-1.2.0rc1.tar.gz so that we can build packages easily... In spec file, we can define two tags: - - major_version - - minor_version After the tarball is extracted, setup wants to enter %{major_version} directory. But we can't use dashes in major version string: i.e., 1.2.0-rc1 is an invalid string, but 1.2.0rc1 || 1.2.0_rc1 are valid strings, so setup fails to continue... Hi, A few days before I installed pgadmin3 on my FC5 laptop using yum (Fedora's repository...). Attached file is a segfault that I get everytime I can reproduce when I click Help/Bugreport. Is is something that was fixed in later version(s)?
