Could Groups and Logins be separated again?

Am on a Macbook running Sierra hitting a pgsql 9.5 on debian 4.7.2.
When I click on a table I get this error in a popup.
I do NOT get this error when connecting to databases on my laptop.

I've tried pgAdmin4 a lot of times under Windows10 but still there is no
notification or progress window showing what is going on. In Windows7 no
problem.
When I want to restore a database the only notification I get is "Restore job
created". No info if it was successful or which erro
