1. How have you installed pgAdmin 4 on your system?
2. Do you have any other version of pgAdmin 4 on your system ?
3. Please enable the logging (Ref: https://www.pgadmin.org/faq/#8) and
check for the errors. You can check the logs through pgAdmin 4 tray icon >
View logs menu option.
