After checking the logs it is showing below error:
sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (sqlite3.OperationalError) duplicate
column name: connect_timeout
[SQL: ALTER TABLE server ADD COLUMN connect_timeout INTEGER DEFAULT 0]
