Hellı. I installed the postgresql 13.2 version on my macbook computer and
then I deleted it and installed it again because I forgot my admin
password. But after I install it, I can't open it. "LSOpenURLsWithRole ()
failed with error -10810 for the file / Library / PostgreSQL / 13 / pgAdmin
4.app."

This looks very similar to the issue I mentioned to you when we were first
working on NWjs, that went away on it's own as the code matured. Not sure
that helps any, but it's another datapoint.
