Hi Dave, > Could it be that you have some anti-virus software or similar that's slowing the first start? The machine this was tested on uses Windows Defender.  If its slowing the cold start, pgAdmin4 would be the only program affected this way. Processor: Intel Core I7-4790  CPU @ 3.6 GHz
