Install desired PostgreSQL from
https://www.enterprisedb.com/downloads/postgres-postgresql-downloads, And
once you are done with this, you can go to pgAdmin 4 and register a server.
Once you are done with registration, you can use the pgAdmin.

Hello,
I have installed the pgadmin on my mac.
My device is Sequoia 15.1
The app in installed ok and is opening fine.
Now is asking to set up a server and also for a password. I never set up a
password.
Can you please assist with this final step?
