I'm having a hard time trying to import a table with null rows.
I'm using the PgAdminII Database Migration Wizard plug-in.
I could isolate the problem: if I get rid of null rows, I can import
the table.
The question is: is it a plug-in's issue, ODBC driver's issue or
Postgres' issue?
