[pgadmin-support] BuildAll.bat Bug

The file 'BuildAll.bat' assumes that Visual Studio is installed in the path: "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Visual Studio\". As Visual Studio setup allows a choice of setup path, this is not the case for many installations, including mine :(. Joe Yates
