I have a question about transaction isolation that I can't find an
answer to in the docs. I'm working with a database that has some data
split over two tables. One table is the ultimate destination for all
the data, the other is a "pending" table which holds rows during data
entry. Rows from
host all192.168.0.0 255.255.0.0 trust
that should work, though it's pretty insecure. note you might need to
address your lan ip address if it's not 192.168.*.*

If none of your data contains commas, you can load it in with copy,
changing delimiters to , and then update the fields to strip out the "
once the data is loaded.
