I have a issue with my database .
Its not starting up after /var got filled up
After clearing some space still the database doesnt start up ..
Pls find the log vacuumdb: vacuuming of database "insight_v1_0" failed:
ERROR: could not access status of transaction 1

We are using postgresql for linux for the past 1
and half yr.
Our database gets increasing in no. of tables,
datas ...etc.
We want to manage the postgresql database using
some freeware management tool.
So that I can create, delete tables and add datas
and all the other management activ
