I'm trying to install the procedural language plpgsql using:
createlang plpgsql securnet
But this fails with:

createlang: language installation failed
pg_config --libdir - returns:

edit the script called createlang and adjust PGLIB='$libdir'.

I think the pg_config setting you need to look at is --pkglibdir.
