i migrete trhu 7.2.3 to 7.3.2 , and work good... but when try connect
whith local aplication with odbc or with pgAdminII say:
fatal error: pg_hba.conf not found.
but with 7.2.3 work good
help me please

1. Please check your port status in your server with familiar tools like
nmap. And make sure
there is a port for postrgresql (5432).
