I am trying to install Postgresql-7.2 on Windows 2000.
As per requirement I have downloaded the Cygwin and Cygipc packages.
I have also been succesful in starting ipc-daemon service.
But when I am giving './configure'
I am geting following message

We want to install the client at Windows
machine. We had downloaded the pgadmin and installed in in windows2000
machine through windows installer. But we could not configure the DSN and
get going. kindly help by pointing further documentation
