I tried to get a PDF version of the pgsql
documentation. the process i used is as follows
$ cd $PGSQL_ROOT
$ ./configure
$ cd $PG_ROOT/doc/src/sgml
$ gmake postgres.pdf
the outpout i get is as follows :
