I have versions 7.4 (port=5433) 8.2 (port=5432) on this Ubuntu box.
I want to use v8.2's pg_dumpall to export v7.4's data into a text file.
(IDEALLY I'd like to port it directly to psql and avoid the file, but
I don't know if I can do that.)
