What is the return type of your function? To me it looks
CSNTExtractUserClearTextPw2 has something like "RETURNS custom_type"
whereas CSNTExtractUserClearTextPw has "RETURNS SETOF custom_type".
If you need rows (even if just 1 row), use "SETOF".
