I created a db 'Hausrat' with a table "Raum". If I look in pgadmin I
find the the table. In sql field is shown:

Why are there 0 rows? I expect 3 rows:

I have a table with two columns with type money. If column 'a' has an
amount > 0 then this amount is wanted else the amount from column 'b'.
How could I do this?
