This feature is implicitly enabled when we don't activate any other enhanced security features. From this change, SECURITY_SYSATTR_NAME got being always defined, so some of unnecessary #ifdef ... #endif block has gone. - bugfix: it caused a crash on COPY when we specify a system attribute on FORCE QUATE clause. - cleanup: some warnings to notice unused variables are eliminated.
