For \ds command,
this patch displays the current sequence value(last_value) for each 
sequence.

This was suggested during the earlier discussion.

Output of the current patch:

mydb=# \ds
   List of relations
Schema | Name |   Type   |  Owner   | Seq Value
+--+--+--+---
public | a| sequence | Dhanaraj | 5
public | b| sequence | Dhanaraj | 2
public | c| sequence | Dhanaraj | 1
