[HACKERS] buildfarm not reporting xml flag correctly?

I just noticed that the buildfarm status page shows an xml flag in the
legend, but not one of the HEAD machines is flagged as building xml;
which is most certainly wrong.

I see that - and I see the cause. It will be fixed when I overcome some 
permissions problems.
