Seems like an oversight.  None of these operators have commutators,
but it seems like they all should:

 <->(point,line)
 <->(point,lseg)
 <->(point,box)
 <->(lseg,line)
 <->(lseg,box)
 <->(point,path)
 <->(circle,polygon)
 <->(line,box)

Dunno about the index-support angle.
