[PATCHES] don't create $DESTDIR/include/internal/lib

Tom changed make install to no longer install dllist.h to $DESTDIR/include/internal/lib, so AFAICS the lib/ subidrectory is no longer used. This patch stops the Makefile from creating it during make install. Will apply to HEAD before end-of-day barring any objections. -Neil # Old manifest:
