[PERFORM] VACUUM VERBOSE ANALYZE taking long time to process.

Hi, We have a table which consists of 3 millions of records and when we try to delete them and run VACUUM VERBOSE ANALYZE on it in production environment , it takes 6/7 hours to process. our understanding is that ,there are other processes running in the prod environment which may acquire lock
