PicoGUI, I realize we don't have a list of them all. So, I started an
AUTHORS file in pgserver's CVS and linked to it from the
'documentation' sidebar on picogui.org.

Just in case anyone's wondering why their picogui programs all of a
sudden don't work...
Eric Christianson's thread-safe version of the C client lib required
that the packet IDs used by picogui be 32-bit, in order to hold a
