Marine, it's clear to me that your problem is that your copy of
the source code is too old. There isn't any PicoGUI release
that's supported on Windows. So you have two choices:
* fetch the head from subversion (head in this case means, the
latest source).
* fetch the binaries I uploaded to sourceforge - this is
probably the safer solution for you.
