You need a PicoGui development environment. Here are the following scenarios
1) Install a Linux or BSD and use PicoGUI 0.45
- I know you don't want to use Linux so this option no good.
2) Get the latest source from Subve

PicoGUI 0.45 won't work, since it was released before Lalo and I made
the changes necessary for Cygwin support. You have to use sources from
the svn repository.

said. I had to run autogen a couple of times, don't know if this is a
problem. Ran libtoolize twice and the second time with --recheck, don't
