xchat-picogui can be found in the recently created ports/ directory of the

Work has started on a basic PicoGUI interface for X-Chat, the popular Gtk+
IRC client. Kudos to the xchat team for separating the frontend; the
"text" frontend is next to useless, but now there is a third option,
fe-picogui.
While much remains to be done, it is already usable for chat.
