Mailman does have an option to "obscure_addresses" in the web interface. I don't recall exactly *how* obscure it makes them; the documentation says "This should reduce the opportunity for email address harvesting by spammers, although it probably does not eliminate it." Regards, -Martin On

forum.world.st doesn't disclose publicly people's emails. If you let people emails in the open they will be grabbed sooner or later by some spam bot. If the new mailing list interface can be configured to not show in plain sight the sender's email it's a good idea to do it. On Thu, Sep 17, 2020,
