Where is a bug?
when I add comment to classes I often get a text that I cannot edit.
My problem is that I cannot find a way to reproduce it systematically

The ClassCommentVersionBrowser is gone, but I can add it
to the NewVersionBrowser. Just some additional changes to class
ChangeSet and NewVersionBrowser are needed.
