Now I've fixed the BaselineOfApplicationSecurity to include the ConfigurationOfNacl (https://github.com/hernanmd/ApplicationSecurity) and PBKDF2 from Configuration, so includes the Fortuna and SecureRandom classes. All Nacl tests passes at least on Windows.
